ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
Why an organizational therapist?
The reason why colleagues fail to achieve their goals is not necessarily a lack of expertise or skills, but excessive emotional strain. The underlying reasons could be personal hardships (e. g. divorce, loss of a loved one, health issues…) or problems at work (e. g. transfer to another post, denied promotion, discrimination, work overload, harassment, mobbing, perfectionism, poor interpersonal relations…).
In such situations, a company, willing to help, needs an organizational therapist, who has in-depth psychological knowledge and can combine this knowledge with coaching skills.
In organizational therapy, we are primarily talking about the development of coping mechanisms that help the employee to face an acute situation. Offering such help company prevents burnout, improves overall well-being and helps to increase motivation for work.
